Description:
Made of 60% black SBR as bottom layer and 30% color EPDM granule as top layer mixed with PU adhesive in vulcanizing machine, rubber tiles has excellent appearance ,moisture proof, anti- shock ,anti- plastic , wear resistant, firm, etc properties. And it’s extremely easy to clean. ”RUNNING” EPDM granule is your first choice as rubber tile’s material.
EPDM playground construction guides:
Pave PU adhesive on clean cement or asphalt ground 0.2kg/sq.m.. Mix black SBR granule and PU adhesive at 7:1, and pave the mixture manually or by paver machine. Then leave it for curing.
Mix adhesive depending on ratio, and pave manually or by paver. Make sure EPDM layer is continuous and flat. Print lines after it totally solidified.
